初养兔者经常把兔疥癣病、肢皮炎和皮肤真菌病都当成疥病治疗，从而贻误治疗时机影响治疗效果，为此，辨别方法很重要，可以从以下几方面辨别。

      2、看发病症状。患疥癣病时，兔奇痒难耐，昼夜不安，为减轻瘙痒，用嘴啃食患部兔毛，有的甚至吃脚爪，露出红肉或局部结痂；患脚皮炎时后脚底部形成肿块并流出脓血；兔患真菌病时，在全身形成圆形凹陷红斑块（即花癣），流黄水，结痂或形成皮屑。

      3、治疗方法。治疗疥癣病用“灭虫酊”肌注或“虫克星”拌料；也可用0.5％的林丹乳油对病兔进行擦拭，3天1次。治脚皮炎时可将红霉素软膏涂于脚底创面，然后用橡皮膏包扎。治体表真菌病可用黄酒和来苏尔各半，混合后擦到患病处，并同时投喂灰黄霉素片。
